Each meal –  London School of Theology is catering for all our meals throughout the casX conference. We need to account for every individual intending to have meals, so would you kindly fill out the ‘Meal signup form’ indicating which of the three meals you require each day?

9.00am – Breakfast (£5.00)

1.00pm – Lunch (£8.00)

5.15pm – Dinner (£10.00)

(NB) If you are a day-volunteer or tutor, these meals are chargeable (If you have registered as a full-board volunteer your meals are included and you do not need to fill in this form).
